you can't handle the truth!

I spent the weekend watching the entire Sports Night dvd box set. A few thoughts:

1. I am Aaron Sorkin's little bitch. Whatever the man writes, I will watch. Sports Night, A Few Good Men, The American President, West Wing, it's all good.

It's really too bad that no one appreciated Studio 60's pretentious self-congratulatory tone.

2. I've forgotten how awesome Sports Night was. The show was quick-witted, dialogue-heavy and really funny.

3. Dan and Casey are so gay for each other. srsly. really really gay.

4. I don't know whether to be annoyed or impressed by how they handled the dana/casey thing. They're in love, they're not, they are, they're not. Then all of a sudden, they're both just over it. Felicity Huffman and Peter Krause are both incredible actors and I just have to give proper due to the writing because this show made me want them together, then they made me believe that sometimes, it's not enough and there's too much baggage.

The break-up was weird and sudden and I don't know what to think of it.

Also Natalie was just so damn cute.
